The terms and conditions are recommended for use, starting January 1th, 2003 by Federal Association of German Industry, the Federal Association of German Wholesalers and Exporters, the Federal Association of German Freight Forwarding and Logitic Operators, the Associaton of Retailers. This recommendation is not ogligatory. Contracts paragraphs can formulate different agreements.
